Island Voice once again organised a very successful night of free entertainment and community celebration on December 12th 2023.
Santa arrived, courtesy of the CFA, and as well as visiting him, children had choices of free carnival rides, an Animal Nursery, face painters, and Felix the roving magician. The costs of these were covered by our sponsors and community fundraising events at the RSL and North Pier Hotel.
The Inter Church Council ran a popular Nativity themed photo booth.
An online songbook was provided for people to view on their devices – download a copy here
Local celebrities took turns leading the audience singing some of our favourite carols, and the evening culminated in a wonderful fireworks display organised by Bass Coast Shire Council.
If you weren’t able to be there (or if you just want to relive the night), here’s a short montage….
We wish to convey thanks to all our wonderful sponsors, supporters and volunteers who made this evening possible, and we ask our community to please support them as they have supported us.
And Save The Date for next year’s Carols which are planned to be on Tuesday December 10th 2024
