In many cases, you will need to firstly lodge your complaint with Bass Coast Shire Council. We recommend you refer to Bass Coast Shire Complaint Handling Policy 2021 (click to download) and refer to page 4 “How to Make a Complaint”. And we draw your attention to the Bass Coast Customer Service Charter (click to download) which states “All correspondence will be acknowledged within ten working days”
